HOLIDAY COTTAGES IN NORTH DEVON

LOGANS and THE GRANARY are two detached barn conversions situated on the edge of a lane in the pretty Devon village of Parkham. Parkham nestles in the beautiful North Devon countryside yet is only 3 miles from the coast. Adjacent to The Granary is the delightful thatched pub “The Bell Inn”, which serves excellent food. The village store and a more formal restaurant at The Penhaven Country House Hotel are both within a short walk.

Both cottages sleep 4 and have been completely refurbished to a luxury standard and have been awarded a 4 star rating by The English Tourist Board. Although they are self contained the cottages are adjacent to each other so can be booked together for larger family groups.

THE GRANARY is a compact traditional stone built cottage full of character, with exposed beams and roof trusses, laminate oak flooring and a log burning stove for those cosy winter evenings. The open plan kitchen is newly fitted and comprises an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms on the lower floor, one double and one with bunk beds. The bathroom is compact and has an electric shower over the bath. Efficient “Eco” friendly electric heating system. Child stairgate available. Colour T.V/D.V.D, midi Hi Fi System.

LOGANS is a detached stone built cottage with a wealth of character. The spacious lounge has exposed beams, laminate oak flooring, log burning stove with slate hearth and patio doors to the garden. There is a colour T.V/D.V.D and midi Hi Fi System. The kitchen/breakfast room is fully fitted as per The Granary and has a table seating 4. The fully tiled bathroom has a separate shower cubicle as well as the bath and there is a separate cloakroom. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed the other with twin beds. Efficient “Eco” friendly electric heating system.
